The app provides passengers with an estimated pick-up time, can track their bus in real-time, alerts when their ride is about to arrive, and alerts when the bus is about to reach their destination. Please check our service area map before booking a ride.

We service a specific area of Petaluma and currently cannot serve outside of the service area.

Partnership Health Plan Transportation

If you have Medi-Cal insurance through Partnership Health Plan, you may be eligible for transportation services for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

If you need transportation help for medical appointments or services, NEMT can be right for you. NEMT provides door-to-door service, meaning they can help with getting in and out of the home, vehicle, and medical office. If needed, medical supervision can be provided during the trip. To arrange NEMT services, a Provider Certification Statement from a health care professional is required prior to arranging transportation and a treatment authorization request (TAR) may be required. Types of NEMT may include non-emergency ambulance, gurney van, wheelchair van, or medical air transport. Please call at least 5 days before your appointment to request NEMT services.

Partnership’s Transportation Services Department is available Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. You can call us at (866) 828-2303. A transportation specialist will answer any questions you have about transportation and will help address any problems you may have related to your transportation needs.
